What makes your policy and procedure manuals different from the others?

Our policy and procedure manuals are completely customized, state specific, and accrediting body specific. You tell us what your agency is looking to offer/provide, we customize your policies to meet all state and federal guidelines, including those of CHAP and ACHC (if applicable).

Our policy and procedure manuals are provided in electronic (Microsoft Word) and paper format (professionally printed and tabbed).

I know exactly what my state is looking for, can I tell you what info I need to see included in my policies?

No. You can however, rest assured that Home Health Policies does not provide policies that we have not successfully achieved state licensure or accreditation with for at a minimum of 3 different client agencies for each policy set. Customizations that you are able to make include all of your agency specific information such as agency staff information, phone numbers and addresses, agency logo, or the option of including website and social media info in your policy set ordered.

Any new revisons requested by the state for you to achieve licensure are 100% covered at no additional cost to you as well! once your agency has achieved licensure, feel free to make any additions or changes you like (following the regulatory process in doing so, of course).

What type of policies do you offer?

Home Health Care, Home Care (Personal Care & Companion Care), Hospice, Adult Foster Care, Group Adult Foster Care, Non-Emergency Transportation, along with many Specialty Policies.

Are your policies state specific?

Yes. Our clinical department cross-references your policies and procedures to meet your states guidelines as defined by the appropriate state specific agency (i.e. DPH, DADS, etc.).

Are your policies guaranteed?

Yes. Our policy and procedure manuals are guaranteed to help you achieve state licensure and/or Private Duty and Medicare Accreditation. Our clinical staff is available to consult you at no additional cost should you or your site surveyor have any questions in regard to your policies.

Do your policies meet Medicaid and Medicare Guidelines?

Yes. You let us know the type of licensure and accreditation your agency has or is looking to achieve, and Certified Homecare Consulting will customize your policy and procedure manuals to meet your needs.

What accrediting bodies do you work with?

CHAP, ACHC, and State Accreditation.

How long have you been in business? has been in business for more than 10 years and works closely with owners and operators of multiple agencies including Home Health Care, AFC, GAFC, Transportation, etc.

My purchase was successful. Now what?

Once your purchase has gone through, the info you provided is immediately dispatched to a live Account Manager that will be overseeing the entire customization and delivery process. Any further customization, questions or concerns will be best handled by your account manager.

How soon will I receive my order?

As all materials are customized for your agency, we ask that you allow at minimum 2 weeks for delivery. In some cases, delivery times may increase, though we make every effort to make you aware of any changes to the original estimate. Having your admin staff, logo and other unique info available beforehand will greatly speed up the production times. If you do not have a logo, we can assist you with setting one up for an additional fee. Designing a logo (depending on factors such as responsiveness, and revisions necessary to reach a satisfactory design) may cause for additional delays in delivery times.
