Customization Guarantee for Licensure and Accreditation

We stand behind the quality and compliance of our policies and procedures. All policies are custom-written to meet the specific requirements of your state, federal guidelines, and the standards of your selected accrediting body (including but not limited to CHAP and ACHC).

Should your state licensing authority or accrediting body require edits, clarifications, or additions to your documents for approval, we will make all necessary revisions at no additional cost until approval is achieved.

No Returns or Exchanges

As our services involve digital and intellectual property tailored specifically to your agency, returns and exchanges are not accepted. We encourage all clients to review their service agreements and ask any questions prior to purchase.
